I’m not much of a relaxer while on vacation but this place taught me what a vacation should really be. Located on a private beach and dotted with pastel colored cottages, I loved every inch of Cocobay Beach Resort.  While the cottages do not have televisions or phones, they each have a private plunge pool, veranda and hammock. Most cottages have views of the beautiful turquoise bay that you could easily stare at all day long. This is an all inclusive resort with a buffet type breakfast and lunch but at dinner there is a menu with several different selections each night.   The food was extremely good and fresh but I would go back just to have one of Saskia’s authentic rum punches.
