I consider Riad Laaroussa a vacation unto itself and I cannot say enough about it.  In fact, I would go back to Morocco simply to stay there for a week.  A literal oasis in the bustle that is the Fez medina.  Owners, Fred and Cathy have done an amazing job at rennovating the riad and their staff goes above and beyond in making sure your stay is a comfortable and luxurious one. While finding a good bottle of wine in Morocco is a bit of a challenge, Fred keeps a great selection here for his guests to enjoy. We also were lucky enough to have hammams while their in the on site spa and I would recommend this experience to anyone who visits Fez. Delicious meals and relaxing daybeds on the rooftop with views of Fez and the surrounding mountains were also a favorite.  It’s no wonder that they have so many travelers awards….they deserve each and every one of them!
